六、学术讲座人简介：

Siti Salina Mustakim, a distinguished educator and scholar, is widely recognized for her unwavering dedication to education, research, and leadership. Her areas of expertise span Educational Measurement, Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL), Pedagogy, Thinking Skills, Assessment, and Evaluation. As a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) since 2018, her educational journey encompasses roles as a teacher within the Ministry of Education (MOE) from 2004 to 2011, and as a lecturer at the Institute of Management and Leadership, MOE from 2015 to 2017. Prior to her current role, she briefly served as Assistant Director at the Institute of Teacher Education, MOE.
